The "Git Gud Chinese" app does not collect any data whatsoever. It does not require you to be online to use it (so you should be able to use it in airplane mode, for example).

It is as simple as it seems to be: a flash card app preloaded with Chinese characters, their pinyin, and english translations.

 Welcome to the Git Gud Chinese support site. I will maintain this blog to answer questions and accept suggestions for how to improve the app.
